Section 13 of act July 18, 1956, ch. 627, 70 Stat. 565, was repealed by Pub. L. 87–195, pt. III, § 642(a)(4). Sept. 4, 1961, 75 Stat. 460.

"prec" means preceding.
"fr" means a transfer from another section.
"to" means a transfer to another section.
"omitted" means the section is omitted.
"repealed" means the section is repealed.
