L. 95–88, title I, § 110,Aug. 3, 1977, 91 Stat. 536, prohibited use of funds available under this part for any countries to which assistance is furnished under part IV of subchapter II of this chapter or under subchapter V of this chapter without specific authorization from Congress.
Effective Date of Repeal

Repeal effective Oct. 1, 1978, see section 605 ofPub. L. 95–424, set out as an Effective Date of 1978 Amendment note under section 2151 of this title.
