Amendments
1998—Pub. L. 105–277substituted “take into account” for “be made in coordination with the Director of the United States Arms Control and Disarmament Agency and shall take into account his opinion as to” in introductory provisions.
1975—Pub. L. 94–141substituted “be made in coordination with the Director of the United States Arms Control and Disarmament Agency and shall take into account his opinion as to” for “take into account”.
