Amendments
2004—Subsec. (a). Pub. L. 108–458substituted “such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 2005 and 2006.” for “$1,825,000,000 for fiscal year 2004 and $425,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2005 and 2006.”
2003—Subsec. (a). Pub. L. 108–106substituted “$1,825,000,000 for fiscal year 2004 and $425,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2005 and 2006” for “$425,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 2003 through 2006”.
Change of Name
