L. 106–568, title VII, § 704, Dec. 27, 2000, 114 Stat. 2914, which reaffirmed Federal recognition of the tribe and trust relationship between the United States and the tribe and set forth provisions relating to special programs eligibility and continuation of Federal benefits, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
