L. 92–468, § 4, Oct. 6, 1972, 86 Stat. 782, which related to per capita distributions of judgment funds to tribal members, other authorized uses of judgment funds, and distribution of shares to minors and persons under legal disability, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
