Effective Date of Repeal

Repeal effective Jan. 1, 1991, see section 204 ofPub. L. 101–194, set out as an Effective Date of 1989 Amendment note under section 101 ofPub. L. 95–521in the Appendix to Title 5, Government Organization and Employees.
Provisions of title III of Pub. L. 95–521, as in effect prior to Nov. 30, 1989, effective until Jan. 1, 1991, as if Pub. L. 101–194had not been enacted, and nothing in title II of Pub. L. 101–194to be construed to prevent prosecution of civil actions against individuals for violations of title III of Pub. L. 95–521before Jan. 1, 1991, see section 3(10)(C), (D) ofPub. L. 101–280, set out as an Effective Date of 1989 Amendment note under section 101 ofPub. L. 95–521in the Appendix to Title 5.
