Short Title

Section 1 ofPub. L. 95–273, as amended by Pub. L. 96–255, § 3,May 30, 1980, 94 Stat. 420, which provided that this chapter could be cited as the “National Ocean Pollution Planning Act of 1978”, was repealed by Pub. L. 102–567, title II, § 204,Oct. 29, 1992, 106 Stat. 4282.
