33 USC § 1958 - Authorization of appropriations
There are authorized to be appropriated for each fiscal year 2006 through 2010—
(1)
to the Administrator for carrying out sections
1952 and
1955 of this title, $10,000,000, of which no more than 10 percent may be for administrative costs; and
(2)
to the Secretary of the Department in which the Coast Guard is operating, for the use of the Commandant of the Coast Guard in carrying out section
1953 of this title, $2,000,000, of which no more than 10 percent may be used for administrative costs.
