The following described area, referred to in text, refers to the metes and bounds description of that portion of the Erie Basin in the Buffalo Harbor set out in the second paragraph of section 1 ofPub. L. 96–520, Dec. 12, 1980, 94 Stat. 3033–3035, which is not classified to the Code.
