36 U.S. Code § 80306 - Restrictions

(a) Profit.—

The corporation may not operate for profit.

(b) Political Activities.—

The corporation shall be nonpolitical and nonsectarian.

In subsection (a), the word “pecuniary” is omitted as unnecessary.
