42 USC § 11804 - Coordination with juvenile justice programs
The Secretary shall coordinate the program established by section
11801 of this title with the programs and activities carried out under the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act of 1974 [42 U.S.C. 5601 et seq.] and with the programs and activities of the Attorney General, to ensure that all such programs and activities are complementary and not duplicative.
