42 USC § 12376 - Definitions

For purposes of this subchapter—
(1) the term “Conference” means the 1993 White House Conference on Children, Youth, and Families; and
(2) the terms “child”, “youth”, and “young individual” means  [1] an individual who is less than 21 years of age.
