42 USC § 1783 - Appropriations for administrative expense

There are hereby authorized to be appropriated for any fiscal year such sums as may be necessary to the Secretary for the Secretary’s administrative expense under this chapter.

1989—Pub. L. 101–147inserted “Appropriations for administrative expense” as section catchline and substituted “are hereby” for “is hereby” and “the Secretary’s” for “his”.
