Effective Date of Repeal

Section 208(b) ofPub. L. 95–626provided that the repeal of this section is effective Oct. 1, 1979.
Short Title

Section 1 ofPub. L. 91–695provided: “That this Act [enacting this chapter] may be cited as the ‘Lead-Based Paint Poisoning Prevention Act’.”
