B, title V, § 1501,May 20, 2009, 123 Stat. 1701, effective on the earlier of 18 months after May 20, 2009, or 3 months after publication of certain final regulations by Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, see section 1503 ofPub. Amendments
2009—Pub. L. 111–22, div. B, title IV, § 1401(1), title V, § 1502(c),May 20, 2009, 123 Stat. 1696, 1701, redesignated part G as D and substituted “Rural Housing Stability Assistance Program” for “Rural Homeless Housing Assistance” in heading.
