43 USC § 969 - Forfeiture of Arkansas pipeline right of way for nonuser, etc.
If any section of said pipe line shall not be completed within one year after the approval by the Secretary of the Interior of said section, or if any section of said pipe line shall be abandoned or shall not be used for a period of two years, the right of way granted in sections
966 to
970 of this title as to any uncompleted, abandoned, or unused section of said pipe line shall be forfeited to the extent that the same is not completed or is abandoned or unused at the date of the forfeiture, without further action or declaration on the part of the Government or any proceedings or judgment of any court.

Repeal of Section
Section repealed by Pub. L. 94–579, title VII, § 706(a),Oct. 21, 1976, 90 Stat. 2793, effective on and after Oct. 21, 1976, insofar as applicable to the issuance of rights-of-way over, upon, under and through the public lands and lands in the National Forest System.
Savings Provision
Repeal by Pub. L. 94–579insofar as applicable to the issuance of rights-of-way not to be construed as terminating any valid lease, permit, patent, etc., existing on Oct. 21, 1976, see section 701 ofPub. L. 94–579, set out as a note under section
1701 of this title.
