Restriction on Transfer of Funds Available to Central Intelligence Agency for Drug Interdiction and Counter-Drug Activities
Pub. L. 112–74, div. A, title VIII, § 8045(b),Dec. 23, 2011,
125 Stat. 817, provided that: “None of the funds available to the Central Intelligence Agency for any fiscal year for drug interdiction and counter-drug activities may be transferred to any other department or agency of the United States except as specifically provided in an appropriations law.”
