Effective Date of Repeal

Repeal applicable to the 2005 and subsequent crops of tobacco, see section 643 ofPub. L. 108–357, set out as an Effective Date note under section 518 of this title.

Savings Provision

Repeal not to affect the liability of any person under sections 1445 to 1445–2 of this title with respect to the 2004 or an earlier crop of tobacco, see section 614 ofPub. L. 108–357, set out as a note under section 515 of this title.
