Brian is a J.D. candidate for the class of 2010 at Cornell Law School.  During the summer before his second year, Brian interned with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC).  There, he assisted the SEC staff in performing examinations of broker-dealers.  Prior to law school, Brian also worked as an Investment Banking Analyst with Merrill Lynch’s Energy & Power Group.  Brian earned his B.S. degree in 2003 from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
