Sun is a J.D. candidate for the class of 2010 at Cornell Law School. She was born in Seoul, Korea, and grew up in North Carolina, where she got her B.A. in political science at the University of North Carolina. Prior to attending law school, she interned at the International Affairs Council in Raleigh, and taught English in Seoul. During the summer of 2008, she was a research assistant for Cornell Law School Dean Stewart Schwab before participating in the Paris Summer Institute program.
