Extent and currency:
This hypertext version of the rules was initially prepared by Peter W.
Martin, Legal Information Institute, Cornell Law School. Subsequent
updates have been prepared by the LII student editorial board under his
supervision, most recently in the summer of 1996. We also distribute suggested
changes to the Federal Rules promulgated by the Supreme Court under
Project Hermes.
