28 CFR § 42.308 - Noncompliance.

Failure to implement and maintain an equal employment opportunity program as required by these guidelines shall subject recipients of LEAA assistance to the sanctions prescribed by the Safe Streets Act and the equal employment opportunity regulations of the Department of Justice.
