32 CFR 242b.2 - Meetings of the Board.
(a) Regular meetings.
(1) The Board shall hold at least four (4) meetings in each annual period from October 1 to September 30.
(2) Unless otherwise determined by the Board, meetings shall be held at the offices of the University, 4301 Jones Bridge Road, Bethesda, Md. 20014.
(b) Additional meetings.
(1) Additional meetings shall be called by the Secretary upon the written request of three or more Regents, delivered to the Secretary, or upon the direction of the Chairman or of the Dean of the University (President).
(2) Additional meetings of the Board shall be held at such times and places as shall be specified in the notice of meeting.
