Beginning at a point on the easterly shore of Mumford Cove at latitude 41°19′15″, longitude 72°00′54″; thence to latitude 41°19′14.5″, longitude 72°00′59″; thence to latitude 41°19′11″, longitude 72°00′58″; thence to latitude 41°19′10″, longitude 72°00′54″; thence to latitude 41°19′12.5″, longitude 72°00′52″; thence to latitude 41°19′14″, longitude 72°00′55″; and thence to the point of beginning.
