§ 80.71 Descriptions of VOC-control regions.

(a) Reformulated gasoline covered areas which are located in the following States are included in VOC-Control Region 1:

Alabama
Arizona
Arkansas
California
Colorado
District of Columbia
Florida
Georgia
Kansas
Louisiana
Maryland
Mississippi
Missouri
Nevada
New Mexico
North Carolina
Oklahoma
Oregon
South Carolina
Tennessee
Texas
Utah
Virginia

(b) Reformulated gasoline covered areas which are located in the following States are included in VOC-Control Region 2:

Connecticut
Delaware
Idaho
Illinois
Indiana
Iowa
Kentucky
Maine
Massachusetts
Michigan
Minnesota
Montana
Nebraska
New Hampshire
New Jersey
New York
North Dakota
Ohio
Pennsylvania

(c) Reformulated gasoline covered areas which are partially in VOC Control Region 1 and partially in VOC Control Region 2 shall be included in VOC Control Region 1, except in the case of the Philadelphia-Wilmington-Trenton CMSA which shall be included in VOC Control Region 2.

      Direct final rule.
      This rule is effective on October 16, 2015 without further notice, unless EPA receives adverse comment by September 16, 2015. If EPA receives adverse comment, we will publish a timely withdrawal in the Federal Register informing the public that the rule will not take effect.
