      Proposed rule and advance notice of proposed rulemaking.
      Comments. Comments must be received on or before August 31, 2015. Public Hearing. The EPA will hold a public hearing on August 11, 2015 in Washington, DC, at the William Jefferson Clinton East Building, Room 1153, 101 Constitution Avenue NW., Washington, DC 20004. If no one contacts the EPA requesting to speak at the hearing for this proposal by July 13, 2015 the public hearing will not take place and will be cancelled with no further notice. Speakers should contact Ms. JoNell Iffland (see FOR FURTHER INFORMATION CONTACT ) to request to speak at the hearing. The last day to pre-register in advance to speak at the hearing will be August 6, 2015. The hearing will start at 10:00 a.m. local time and continue until everyone has had a chance to speak. Requests to speak will be taken the day of the hearing at the hearing registration desk, although preferences on speaking times may not be able to be fulfilled. If you require the service of a translator or special accommodations such as audio description, please let us know at the time of registration.
