(3) Title 5, United States Code.

(4) Compilation of the Social Security Laws.

(5) CMS Rulings.

(6) Social Security Handbook.

(b) Handbook available for inspection and copying. The Office of Hearings and Appeals Handbook is available for inspection and copying in the field offices of the Office of Hearings and Appeals.
