(i) The employer shall assure that precautionary labels are affixed to all containers of ______ and of products containing ______ (specify if appropriate suitable modifications), and that the labels remain affixed when the ______ or products containing ______ are sold, distributed or otherwise leave the employer's workplace.
(ii) The employer shall assure that the precautionary labels required by this paragraph are readily visible and legible. The labels shall bear the following legend:
