Indian Reservation

Indian Reservation means a geographic area that meets the requirements of section 4 of the Indian Child Welfare Act of 1978 (25 U.S.C. 1903(10)), and shall include land held by incorporated Native groups, regional corporations, and village corporations, as defined in and pursuant to the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (43 U.S.C. 1601 et seq.), public domain Indian allotments, and former Indian Reservations in the State of Oklahoma;
