Reviewing official
Reviewing official means an employee of a licensee or other entity specified in 26.3 through (c), who is designated by the licensee or other entity to be responsible for reviewing and evaluating any potentially disqualifying FFD information about an individual, including, but not limited to, the results of a determination of fitness, as defined in 26.189, in order to determine whether the individual may be granted or maintain authorization.
