Financing
Financing or Financed means outstanding financial assistance provided to a Small Business by a Licensee, whether through:
(1) Loans;
(2) Debt Securities;
(3) Equity Securities;
(4) Guarantees; or
(5) Purchases of securities of a Small Business through or from an underwriter (see ยง 107.825).
