Financial assistance.

Financial assistance. A loan, grant, cooperative agreement, or loan guarantee that provides financial assistance, provided by the Agency to an applicant. In accordance with 40 CFR 1505.1, the Agency defines the major decision point at which NEPA must be complete, as the approval of financial assistance.
