Cargo tank

Cargo tank means a tank that: (1) Is part of or permanently affixed to a tankship; and (2) Carries a cargo described in part 153, table 1SUMMARY OF MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS in any quantity, including residual liquid or vapor.
