Passenger
Passenger (With respect to vessels and for the purposes of part 176 only) means a person being carried on a vessel other than: (1) The owner or his representative; (2) The operator; (3) A bona fide member of the crew engaged in the business of the vessel who has contributed no consideration for his carriage and who is paid for his services; or (4) A guest who has not contributed any consideration directly or indirectly for his carriage.
