Historical control period
Historical control period means, for a unit as of a given calendar year, the period starting May 1 of a previous calendar year and ending September 30 of that previous calendar year, inclusive, without regard to whether the unit was subject to requirements under the CSAPR NOX Ozone Season Group 3 Trading Program during such period.
