LLP License
LLP License means a Federal License Limitation Program groundfish license issued pursuant to 679.4 of this chapter or successor regulation that is noninterim and transferable, or that is interim and subsequently becomes noninterim and transferable, and that is endorsed for BS or AI catcher processor fishing activity, C/P, Pacific cod and hook and line gear.
