Advanced processing application
Advanced processing application means Form I600A (Application for Advanced Processing of Orphan Petition) completed in accordance with the form's instructions and submitted with the required supporting documentation and the fee as required in 8 CFR 103.7(1). The application must be signed in accordance with the form's instructions by the married petitioner and spouse, or by the unmarried petitioner.
