CDQ group
CDQ group means an entity identified as eligible for the CDQ Program under 16 U.S.C. 1855(1)(D). CDQ groups are listed in Table 7 to this part.

Scoping language
In addition to the definitions in the Magnuson-Stevens Act and in part 600 of this chapter, the terms used in this part have the following meanings:
