Repaired
Repaired means, for the purposes of subparts F and G of this part, that equipment meets the following conditions: (1) Is adjusted, or otherwise altered, to eliminate a leak as defined in the applicable section of this part; and (2) Unless otherwise specified in applicable provisions of this part, is monitored as specified in 65.104(b) and 65.143(c) to verify that emissions from the equipment are below the applicable leak definition.
