Vocational rehabilitation services
(57) Vocational rehabilitation services(i) If provided to an individual, means those services listed in 361.48; and (ii) If provided for the benefit of groups of individuals, means those services listed in 361.49. (58) Youth with a disability(i) Youth with a disability means an individual with a disability who is not (A) Younger than 14 years of age; and (B) Older than 24 years of age. (ii) Youth with disabilities means more than one youth with a disability.
