Hazardous atmosphere
Hazardous atmosphere means:
(1) Any atmosphere containing a toxic or disease producing gas, vapor, dust, fume, mist, or pesticide, either immediately or not immediately dangerous to life or health; or
(2) Any oxygen-deficient atmosphere.
