Member, with respect to a national securities exchange, has the same meaning as in section 3(3) of the Act. Member, with respect to a security-based swap execution facility, means an individual, association, partnership, corporation, or trust owning or holding a membership in, admitted to membership representation on, or having trading privileges on the security-based swap execution facility.
