In the area west of San Diego, CA, the EFHCA extends seaward/west of a boundary line defined by straight lines connecting the following points in the order stated: (i) 3251.02 N lat., 11720.47 W long.; (ii) 3246.31 N lat., 11723.44 W long.; (iii) 3242.68 N lat., 11720.98 W long.; and (iv) 3234.18 N lat., 11721.08 W long.
