Well-capitalized

Well-capitalized has the same meaning set forth in part 324 of this chapter for an insured State nonmember bank or insured state savings association. For other state-chartered depository institutions, the term well-capitalized has the same meaning as set forth in the capital regulations adopted by the appropriate Federal banking agency.
