Fair hearing board
Fair hearing board means a committee, body, or group of persons established by a State prior to January 1, 1985, that -
(i) Is authorized under State law to review determinations made by personnel of the designated State unit that affect the provision of vocational rehabilitation services; and
(ii) Carries out the responsibilities of the impartial hearing officer in accordance with the requirements in ยง 361.57(j).
