Long-term worker
(viii) Long-term worker means an alien who was admitted to the CNMI, or otherwise granted status, as a CW-1 nonimmigrant during fiscal year 2015, and during each of fiscal years 2016 through 2018. (ix) Minor child means a child as defined in section 101(b)(1) of the Act who is under 18 years of age. (x) Numerical limitation means the maximum number of persons who may be granted CW-1 status in a given fiscal year, as follows: (A) For fiscal years 2018 through the first quarter of fiscal year 2030, the numerical limitations are:
