Reporting
(m) Reporting. (1) When 63.2455 through 63.2490 reference other subparts in this part 63 that use the term periodic report, it means compliance report for the purposes of this subpart. The compliance report must include the information specified in 63.2520(e), as well as the information specified in referenced subparts. (2) When there are conflicts between this subpart and referenced subparts for the due dates of reports required by this subpart, reports must be submitted according to the due dates presented in this subpart. (3) Excused excursions, as defined in subparts G and SS of this part 63, are not allowed.
