Full review

Full review means the joint Federal and title IVE agency review of all federally-assisted child and family services programs, including family preservation and support services, child protective services, foster care, adoption, and independent living services, for the purpose of determining the title IVE agency's substantial conformity with the plan requirements of titles IVB and IVE as listed in 1355.34 of this part. A full review consists of two phases, the statewide assessment (or for a Tribal title IVE agency, an assessment of the service area) and a subsequent on-site review, as described in 1355.33 of this part.
