Final program review determination

Final program review determination means the written notice of a determination issued by a designated department official and resulting from a program compliance review of -
(1) An institution's participation in any or all of the Title IV, HEA programs; or
(2) A third-party servicer's administration of any aspect of an institution's participation in any Title IV, HEA program.
